REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We like to operate with transparency and that includes our refund and return policy. We are a small business and everything we sell isn’t printed until you order it. We keep no inventory on hand, therefore everything is made to order just for you. Due to this, we ask that you:

- Take note of size charts before ordering. Measure, and be sure of sizing.
- Don’t buy anything on impulse, or financial strain.
- Check and double check your shipping address as it can’t be changed after your order is placed.
- Understand who you are purchasing from as we’re not a corporation, we’re just two artists who believe in wearable art.

Our refund policy is simple, since everything is made to order there are no refunds or returns/exchanges for any items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. This includes if you bought the wrong size by accident. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us to discuss the next steps so that we can evaluate the issue and help. Please be conscious about leaving bad reviews and notify us first, so we can make things right.

If you place an order and need to cancel it, generally if it’s within a few minutes, and the manufacturing hasn’t started, we may be able to accommodate this request. Please know that once the printers starts, we cannot cancel or refund an order. Please reach out to us at info@statementtease.com anytime with questions.

If an item is returned due to damage or being defective, after we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved and when to expect it. Generally, it can take your bank or credit card company up to a week to process the refund.
